Registration

Argyle evening dances are best enjoyed by dancers familiar with all basic and intermediate formations. Dancers who are currently taking or have recently completed a beginner class may attend as spectators, or may request permission to attend as dancers with their teacher's approval.

Note: Saturday morning we will offer two sessions of two simultaneous classes. Class levels will be determined by data collected from registrants. This information will help the committee and teachers create the most participant-centered experience possible!

Zoom will be offered for the Welcome Dance and Argyle Ball. Saturday and Sunday classes may be offered on Zoom if there is sufficient interest. Please register to receive the Zoom link and to indicate which events you would like to attend virtually.

Photo/Recording Policy

Some or all of the Argyle events may be photographed or recorded for possible future promotional or educational purposes.

Our goal is to record only the teachers, demonstration dancers, musicians, and other presenters, but we can't 100% guarantee that all other participants will be omitted from recordings.

For in-person attendees, announcements about recording will be made during the event. We will indicate the parts of the room being recorded, so that dancers may choose to position themselves outside the recording area.

For Zoom attendees, when recording starts you will receive a visual and audio prompt. While recording is in progress, you'll see a red, blinking dot near the top of your screen, with the word 'Recording' beside it.
